Ingredients (per glass):

  • 4 cucumber slices + 4 mint leaves, muddled

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice

  • 1 Tbsp honey‑agave syrup

  • 3 oz club soda

  • Ice, to fill

  • Cucumber ribbon & mint sprig, garnish

Method:

  1. Muddle cucumber and mint in a shaker.

  2. Add lime juice, syrup, and ice; shake briefly.

  3. Strain into an ice‑filled highball glass.

  4. Top with club soda, stir gently, and garnish.

B. Berry‑Basil Shrub Spritz

Flavor Profile: Bright, fruity, herbaceous
Ingredients (batch for 4):

  • ¼ cup mixed berry shrub (see note)

  • ½ cup berry juice (blackberry or blueberry)

  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

  • 8 fresh basil leaves, torn

  • 2 cups sparkling water

  • Ice & extra berries for serving

Method:

  1. Combine shrub, juice, lemon, and basil in a pitcher; muddle lightly.

  2. Chill 10 minutes for flavors to meld.

  3. Strain into glasses over ice and top with sparkling water.

  4. Garnish with whole berries and basil.

Shrub Note: To make a quick shrub, warm ½ cup water with ½ cup sugar until dissolved, cool, stir in ½ cup berry puree and ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, steep for 2 hours, then strain.

C. Spiced Apple‑Ginger Fizz

Flavor Profile: Warm‑spiced, autumnal, effervescent
Ingredients (per glass):

  • 2 oz fresh apple cider

  • ½ oz ginger syrup*

  • 2 dashes non‑alcoholic bitters (or Angostura if permitted)

  • 3 oz ginger beer

  • Thin apple slice & crystallized ginger, garnish

Method:

  1. Build cider, syrup, and bitters in a Collins glass over ice.

  2. Top with ginger beer and stir once.

  3. Skewer apple slice and ginger cube on a cocktail pick.

Ginger Syrup: Simmer equal parts sugar, water, and sliced fresh ginger for 10 minutes; cool and strain.

D. Tropical Turmeric Tonic

Flavor Profile: Exotic, mildly bitter, health‑boosting
Ingredients (per glass):

  • 1 tsp turmeric‑ginger paste (freshly grated root blended with water)

  • ½ oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water)

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz coconut water

  • 2 oz tonic water

  • Pineapple leaf & lime wheel, garnish

Method:

  1. Whisk turmeric paste, syrup, pineapple juice, and coconut water in a shaker with ice.

  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with tonic, stir lightly, and garnish.

E. Rosemary‑Blood Orange Refresher

Ingredients (batch for 4):

  • 1 cup fresh blood‑orange juice

  • 1 Tbsp rosemary‑infused simple syrup

  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 4 sprigs rosemary

  • Ice & blood‑orange wheels

Method:
